Our Healing Arts program, a part of the Integrative Medicine Program, helps participants increase energy, gain flexibility, reduce stress and pain and improve overall well being.
The Northridge Hospital Integrative Medicine Program provides the highest quality medical care by combining state-of-the-art Western medicine with science-based alternative and complementary therapies. This program is under the direction of a Board-certified physician who specializes in Integrative Medicine and treatment.
Registration is required, just call (818) 885-5488 for information and registration. Classes include a variety of topics including:
- Meditative Minutes
- Yoga
- Self-Hypnosis (beginning and advanced classes)
- Guided Imagery
- Cooking for Good Health

Anger…It’s Not What You Think

Discover the source of anger and begin to develop skills that can help to prevent angry reactions and soothe you when you become angry or upset. This workshop is ideal for both first time participants and those who have attended Anger Management in the past.

Building Blocks for Health – 60 minutes of Basic Yoga
The fundamentals of yoga include breaking down poses to assist students in mastering each posture while maintaining a healthy body alignment.
