Smoking Cessation Informational Packet
To receive a free smoking cessation packet by mail, please call (818) 885-8500, ext. 2707. The packet includes tips on how to quit and stay smoke free.
Spinal Cord Injury Education
A series of 15 classes for spinal cord injury patients and their families. Schedule varies, call (818) 885-8500, ext. 3656.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac rehabilitation is an important step in resuming a full and active lifestyle for people with heart disease. This program provides structured exercise, education and support by registered nurses and dieticians. Admission to the 12- week cardiac rehabilitation program after heart procedures requires a physician’s referral and is covered by insurance. Call (818) 885-5489 for more information.
